In other brief news, people keep talking about Doctor Who. At Celeste's bachelorette party, one of her friends mentioned it, and we were like, "Yeah, we keep hearing about it, but it's so old, we're too intimidated to watch all the episodes." So she was like, "Oh, forget the old episodes--just watch the new ones!" And we were like, "I guess you could look at it that way, but..." Then on Facebook, someone was like, "I'm watching Doctor Who now!" and all her friends were like, "Classic or new?" and she said, "I started with the ninth doctor," and we were like, "That does it! We'll show you all! (All of you who probably aren't looking anyway!) We're going to watch Doctor Who from the very beginning! ...Someday."
We just added it to our Netflix queue a few minutes ago. Either we'll watch it...eventually...or it will stay there on our queue indefinitely or until Netflix decides not to renew the license. Oh my goodness, it was the most depressing thing. We had just finished watching all of our Disney Channel shows, so we needed something else to watch at dinnertime and we thought it would be a good idea to rewatch Danny Phantom, because it's awesome. So we added it to our queue, and the very. next. day! it was gone. Poof! We were very sad.
Anyway, now it's finally time for some Kingdom Hearts.
Today I'm thankful for finally being finished with all the cookies from Memorial Day, managing to finish our self-assigned work quota before dinner, getting to play Kingdom Hearts, old shows being available on Netflix (at least for now), and being reminded how awesome our Cocoro CD is.
