The problem is we know we want to do something awesome, but since we don't know what that awesome something is, we just settle for entertaining ourselves. It's not really a good idea. We know we want to be able to play some music together, but Athena's allergies aren't really allowing for a lot of whistle practice, and the B flat whistle we ordered wasn't in stock. So we have to wait, which is fine, because allergies.
In the meantime, we've come to the very sad realization that unless we can come up with something really effective to get Viz to respond to our emails (or whatever it is we use to creatively contact them), we'll never get to translate any of the Hana to Yume titles that we love so much. Maybe we should just ditch the whole label and only read Kodansha and Square-Enix manga from now on. With maybe a little Kadokawa here and there.
Well, for today, at least we can count reading books as learning stuff, which counts as doing stuff.
Today I'm thankful for Elephant Princess, Kuru's adorableness, having milk again, making progress toward being able to fry cheese (we bought bread crumbs today), and custom boxes of chocolates with no nuts in them.
