Still truckin'

Whew, we got a late start today, which means we got a late finish, but we're still truckin'. Or something. But we're making up for the lost hours, and I think we're doing good! At least, I hope we're doing good. So far we've been told to keep it up, which is definitely better than being told to stop because we're doing it all wrong.

In the meantime...there is no meantime. It's all work, work, work. And taking breaks for Disney XD shows. That "Pair of Kings" show is hilarious. I remember one time there was a reality show where the contestants were competing to be actresses. We only saw commercials for it, but in those commercials, they talked about the episode where they had to do the dreaded comedy, because comedy is hard. (Athena says, "I think drama is hard. Because it makes me want to laugh.") Watching Pair of Kings, I wonder if the reason comedy is so hard is that people are so afraid of making fools of themselves. And that's why so much "comedy" these days centers around snarkiness and making fun of others. Not a good trend, I'd say. People take themselves too seriously.

Anyway, no time to rant! We still have work to do.

Today I'm thankful for being able to enjoy our work, enforced breaks, the moose on our calendar, calendars that feature moose, and getting more than our predicted three pages of Negima! translated last night (we translated 14 pages! woohoo!).
