We would have done even more than that, but today was the day we got to walk to the grocery store! It's all about attitude. Normally, we'd be all like, "Aw man, we have to walk all the way to the store." But today we were like, "Now we get to go to the store, make sure the cats can be fed, buy yummy snacks for us, and build up stamina so we don't die when we're walking all over Tokyo!" And then it's not so bad. Plus the weather was nice, and it gave us a chance to talk things out and stress less (we think). And best of all! since we didn't have to worry about making our ride wait and we weren't weighed down with our normal amount of groceries, we had time to try the claw machine! I was only going to try twice, but after the second time, I had the Mickey Mouse plush's foot hanging over the edge, so we decided we could do it one more time (and we mean it this time! this is the last one!), and we got him! Yay! So now we have an adorable fuzzy Mickey sitting on the couch with our Saiyuki and Shaman King plushies.
But we are also very tired. It's a good thing we built up a little stamina today; we are definitely going to need it.
Today I'm thankful for getting some exercise, adorable Mickey Mouse plushes from the Sega claw machine, having gotten enough work done that it's okay to stop for the day, not having wasted too much money in vain attempts to get plushes, and having yummy snacks to eat later.
