And! we're getting Buzz Lightyear of Star Command! Which, some of you may recall, is surprisingly hilarious.
Speaking of spending our money like water (okay, so we're not being that bad; we're hoping the Disney order will be the last one for a while... but then, we did forget to order Darby O'Gill and the Little People...), despite the US postal service website telling us they hadn't even received our package from Akadot Retail every time we tried to track it, it arrived today! And you know what that means!
Okay, so here's what we need! First, if you want to know your sign and which Fruits Basket character you're most compatible with, we need to know your actual Chinese Zodiac sign.
Second, you need to answer these questions, and tell us which number you end up with.
1) What's your blood-type?
A) B, O (go to question 2)
B) A, AB (go to question 3)
2) On a school trip, you would sneak out of your room at night.
A) No (go to question 4)
B) Yes (go to question 5)
3) You're meeting up with a friend. Do you arrive early or late?
A) Early (your number is 1)
B) Late (go to question 4)
4) When doing a group project, the next thing you know, you're taking care of everything by yourself. [the translation of this one might be a little off...]
A) Yes (your number is 2)
B) No (go to question 6)
5) You can't settle down unless your room is clean.
A) Yes (go to question 6)
B) No (your number is 5)
6) Your friends often say you're in your own little world or you're too easygoing.
A) Yes (your number is 3)
B) No (your number is 4)
Give us your Zodiac and your number and we'll figure it out for you! And hopefully we won't get in trouble for posting this.
And this is my official plug for the Fruits Basket fanbook: Buy it! It's neat! A must-have for all Fruits Basket fans! (In stores September 2007!!)
I also have to put in a good word for Akadot Retail, because the invoice that came in the package had a hand-written message thanking us for shopping with them, and there was a smiley face!! It's so cute!!!
We also got the Elemental Gelade soundtrack, which has Cisqua on the cover. That's a bit confusing, as I'd imagine Ren and Cou would be the most popular characters. Regardless, we're disappointed to not have a pretty boy on the cover. Oh well.
Today I'm thankful for getting another shiny package, Juusanshi fortune-telling, finishing volume 2 of the CMX series (earlier than expected!), having a good soundtrack to listen to with Elemental Gelade (haven't listened to it yet, though), and friendly store representatives.
