As far as we know, the only thing she might be scheming would be something to get us to agree to keep score at Scott's Little League games. Our counter plan is that we'll do it if they (Mom and Steve) agree to read one book of manga (translated by us) for every one or two games we keep score at. The reasoning behind this is that there's a distinct possibility that Steve thinks that if we see enough baseball games, we'll learn to like it, and if he can get us into the stuff that he likes, he won't have to bother with any of the stuff we like, or better yet, we'll finally grow out of this crazy Japanophile phase. Of course, this is all speculation, so it's possible that he doesn't think any of that at all, but if that's true, he won't mind reading manga anyway. But on the other hand, he's not cool enough to like manga. And then again, for all we know they already got somebody else to keep score.
At any rate, I think we'll be having pizza for dinner again tonight. If it's cheesy bites pizza from Pizza Hut, I have no problem with that whatsoever.
Today I'm thankful for being done with the preliminary translation for Nosatsu Junkie 4 (Nosatsu Junkie can be a lot of work; you should all go check it out and see if it was worth it!), online musical instrument stores (we're still browsing, but maybe somday. You can get a decent viola for less than an iPod!), pretty white flowers on the tree outside our window, Danny Phantom's time slot not being usurped today, and not being on the phone anymore.
