Maybe! we can go to Target and pick up a copy this weekend! That would be awesome.
We've been listening to classical music via Comcast Cable. I think Athena was pinned to the couch by Oreo, so we figured it would be a good time to read manga, and while we were at it, see if we could listen to some classical music to help us become Super Geniuses. It's pretty neat because while the music is playing, they have little pop-up facts about the composers, musicians, and conductors that we can read or ignore according to our pleasure.
This morning while we were reading manga, a new piece started playing and I thought, "I can hear Bugs Bunny singing this..." I looked up to see what it was, and sure enough, it was The Barber of Seville. We saw the opera back when we were in elementary school, translated into English. It all rhymed and everything, though I really have no idea how accurate the translation was. But that's when we discovered that Nickelodeon had been lying to us about opera being boring. And yet the only other opera we've seen is The Magic Flute. That one actually was kind of boring, but that may have been because the prodution itself wasn't so good.
We've both been plagued with a chronic case of the munchies lately, so I'm going to finish this up and then we're going to see if we can bake some cookies or something. Today I'm thankful for classical music, reminiscing, cookie recipes, being productive today, and being back to +ANIMA again.
