Day of rest

My brain is very tired today, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to do a training session on Brain Age. We were debating whether or not it would be appropriate for Sunday, since it's kind of a workout for your brain, and there's no way we'd exercise on Sunday, but it's the kind of stuff we like doing, because thinking is fun! But since my brain is tired today, I think it needs to rest.

I didn't get to draw a giraffe yesterday. When you go to your file on Brain Age, the guy asks you to do a little exercise and make you use your memory, like drawing a picture. But yesterday Celeste wanted to check my file and forgot about that, and I'd forgotten about it, too, so I accidentally missed my chance. It made me a little sad.

But then we listened to the second half of the tape blackhope sent us back in like November, and that made everything feel better. On it, he read part of a thing he'd written, and it was incredible. I thought about asking if I could post it here for people to read, but we want to see if it would be possible to get it published first. It's not entirely an original idea, so it might be iffy, since we have to see about copyrights and stuff. Of course, him being on his mission, it'll be a long time before we can do anything.

Today I'm thankful for the awesome lessons and testimonies we heard today in church, people who check things back into the library instead of leaving them on the floor by the door while we're gone, Pictochat (where I can draw a giraffe any time I want), awesome tapes from Jonathan, and live action Sailor Moon.
