Missed review

We were sitting in the living room eating breakfast this morning when suddenly Athena said, "It was Review Rednesday yesterday." We even have some manga releases this week, so we could have reviewed something! We did very briefly consider posting a review today, but then we figured we might as well wait until next Wednesday, because the list is still pretty short. Especially because we were going to have three releases this week, but one of them got pushed back, so we only have two.

But the bonus of it is, now you all have that much more time to read the manga before we post a review! ...On the other hand, I guess the point of reviews is supposed to be to help people decide if they want to buy a book or not. But the point of our reviews is that we can talk about the books as we read them, instead of being three books ahead of everybody. ...And we are losing sight of that purpose lately, as we haven't written a review in a couple of months, I think. We...will see if we rectify that situation.

In the meantime, we have two new releases this week! And they're both for titles that have really slow release schedules, so I hope you've been excited! They're Land of the Lustrous 9 and! AND! the 18th and final volume of Missions of Love! You'll finally get to read the grand finale, so don't miss it! So tune in next week, for our review of Land of the Lustrous 9!

Today I'm thankful for being on track to get Sailor Moon turned in on time, the lovely rain showers we had, getting to have more chocolate cookies, getting to have more pie, and the brilliant directing in Miraculous (we just got into a discussion about why we can't watch movies). And getting to re-watch What Does the Fox Say?.
