Attack of the killer lemons!!!

Awww, no one commented about our interview. This makes me sad. Not that there's a whole lot to say about it anyway, though. But umadoshi gets points because she linked it on her LJ♪

We walked to the grocery store today, because even though we asked the roommate to take us and found out later that "maybe" actually meant "okay" this time, we wanted to get it over with, so we snuck out while she was napping. We always notice the most unusual things when we walk to the store, which just goes to show that sometimes it is good to stop rushing and actually take a look around. Well, in this case, maybe not so much good as interesting. We walked by one house with a bunch of trees growing in the yard, and one of them had these gigantic fruit growing on it that we assume to be lemons, but they were so huge! They were almost as big as my head! Maybe it has something to do with Halloween coming up, but we actually found it a little creepy. Like, "What exactly do they fertilize that tree with...?"

We also noticed that apparently there was a fire in one of the apartments we passed by. It was all boarded up and the roof was collapsed and everything looked charred. We never even realized it happened, but we're very grateful it didn't seem to spread very far. (In fact, the complex still had a sign that said "Vacancy" on it.) I just hope the people who lived there are okay.

I keep thinking I see Oreo out of the corner of my eye, but then he's never there when I turn and look.

Anyway, in contrast to all the book memes that have been going around, here's a TV meme! Taken from umadoshi (who actually did one of the book memes too; we just didn't do any of the books ones because either we're horrendously illiterate, or we feel a greater attachment to TV (possibly both...))

- Bold all of the following TV shows of which you've seen 3 or more episodes.
- Italicize a show if you're positive you've seen every episode.
- Asterisk if you have at least one full season on tape or DVD
- If you want, add up to 3 additional shows (keep the list in alphabetical order).

We used to watch a lot of TV in elementary school, and a lot of that was on Nick at Nite (before it became Nick@Nite).

Today I'm thankful for that fire not spreading, having lots of time for video games today, getting some exercise, having Fudge Shoppe cookies, and educational television. Dang, we should have added Square One.
