Soooo sleeeeepy...

We were so good last night! Even though we had just started playing a new video game (Twilight Princess, no less) we turned it off at a reasonable hour so we could go to bed because we were going to lose an hour for Daylight Saving's.

And then we stayed up talking.

So now we've been struggling to keep ourselves awake all day. Somehow, we seem to always have the hardest time going to bed on nights when we actually have to wake up for something the next day. It's uncanny. At least, I think that's the word I want to use.

I'd always been a fan of Daylight Saving's Time, until we moved to Fresno. It gets too hot here for the sun to stay up that long. But then, as Athena points out, if it weren't Daylight Saving's time, it would just be that much hotter when we wake up in the morning. So really, we just need to get out of Fresno.

Still, I guess I should pay more attention to what's going on at Congress, because I'm very confused as to why we needed to make Daylight Saving's Time longer. I do like it, but I think I like it better in moderation. If this keeps up, we may as well just change the time zones. Oh well.

Today I'm thankful for Twilight Princess having a GameCube version (where Link is still left-handed! Yay!!), getting to play Twilight Princess, sleep, awesome Relief Society lessons, and poor Link, who seems doomed to be saddled with annoying sidekicks for all eternity.
