Another midnight post!

Well, I was wrong about Red X, but the Kid Flash♥ did show up, and he even talked! So it's all very happy.

And the latest episodes of Eyeshield 21 came with a little special thingie where the voices of Suzuna, Sena, and Monta go to the Rice Bowl. Sadly, whatever codec we're missing prevented us from being able to really see most of it, but we did notice that Irino-kun was the tallest of the three. We were watching Fafner the other day and marvelling over how tall his character was, since he usually plays these little tiny guys (well, except maybe for Syaoran, but compared to Kurogane and Fay, he's little), but then we realized that Irino-kun probably actually is pretty tall. And now our theory has been confirmed! He looked very cute in his football outfit.

We also found out that apparently we stopped watching Naruto only about three or four episodes before Gaara showed up. I'm not sure how I feel about that, since he's played by our favorite voice actor and all.

And tonight I'm thankful for legible handwriting, voice actor specials, freesia shampoo, Saturday morning schedules that involve two episodes of Danny Phantom, and Teen Titans episodes with the Kid Flash♥

We have got to stop doing that.

We didn't make it to church today. It was a result of some craziness that happened last week. Usually, our home teacher calls on Saturday and asks if we need a ride to church. Last week, he didn't, so I called him and asked for a ride and he said he already knew we needed one and it was all rather confusing. He didn't call again this week, but I wasn't sure if that was because he was already planning to drive us or not, and last week was annoying, so I didn't call. It was dumb, but there it is.

Something good did come out of it though, because, in an effort to make up for our lack of going to church, we read the Sunday school lesson. We've been trying to keep up with the Relief Society lessons already, but I guess we figured seminary was enough, and we know a lot of the scripture stories really well, so we were continuing to ignore the Sunday school ones. But now we decided to stop that, and we're going to try to make a habit of reading all the lessons. It's not like we don't have time.

Now that we've beaten FFIX, we decided it's time to play through Chrono Trigger. It's kind of hard, because we're so obsessed with FFIX, we're like, "Why play anything else?" FFIX does seem to be the most Sunday-appropriate game we have though (at least in our opinions). Still, since we tend to get frustrated when people keep playing one game and therefore refuse to play anything else (over a year ago, we bought Final Fantasy Origins at the same time as a friend, and we were all going to play through around the same time, but our friend got distracted with Kingdom Hearts, so we had no one to talk about FFII with), we figure it's for the best to save Final Fantasy IX for another time. But man, I feel like we've been through everything in Chrono Trigger before the jailbreak so many times...

Well, there's nothing for that but to get past it. So off we go.
