Tagged!

You could say I'm one of those people who gets made "it" and then sits around for a while until I'm ready to go try to tag people, since it took me a little while to get to this. Or you could say something else. It really doesn't matter.

Anyway, I'm not sure who all on our friends list likes getting tagged and who hates it, so if you're reading this and like being tagged and haven't been and want to be, consider yourself "it."

Well that's depressing

So while attempting to not be total slackers in the face of being completely broke come January, we've been keeping an eye out for job opportunities. As part of our search, we found the Honyaku mailing list, which seems pretty neat so far, and gave us a tip that led us into checking Atlus Games to see if they need translators. And, as a matter of fact, they do! Yay!

...except that they need these translators to work in their Irvine office.

It's only a temporary thing, so we thought, "Hey! We could stay with someone we know for a while, and... we don't know anyone in Irvine. Dang." Ironically, if we had gone with our original plan of moving to Anaheim and working at Disneyland, we would probably have been close enough to actually apply for the job. Maybe this is bad karma...

Yo-ho-ho, he took a bite of gum-gum

I just went through a bunch of past subject lines of mine, and I really wonder what some of those posts were about...

So we finally finished translating the next bit of Captain Animate, but then we decided we needed to do some more stuff before posting it. So people can look forward to seeing it tomorrow, if they so choose. Also on our agenda for tomorrow: figuring out how IRC works. Any help would be appreciated.

And tonight I'm thiankful for Nutrageous bars, macaroni and cheese, puppies, CDs, and the moon.
