The Musical Misadventures of... um... me

Last night after we saw Star Wars, I wanted to get out all my Star Wars soundtracks from when they released the special edition and listen to all of them. But I was worried because I don't have the patience to sit and listen to music without doing anything else, so Athena very cleverly points out that I could work on costumes. Brilliant!

So today we looked through all our stuff, or at least most of it, and we found the Return of the Jedi soundtrack, the Empire Strikes Back soundtrack, and even the Phantom Menace soundtrack. But no New Hope soundtrack. And you can't listen to the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi without A New Hope. This makes me very sad.

Also, we got a newsletter from CD Japan telling us that there's a new CD coming out with Masakazu Morita (who apparently is different than Morita-oniisan(heartmark), despite their looking and sounding almost exactly alike) singing an image song! But it's for Ring ni Kakero, and it's kind of lame buying a CD for a series we're not planning to ever watch more than one episode of. It's kind of sad, too, because it also has people like Ryotaro Okiayu (DN Angel's Dark), Takeshi Kusao (DN Angel's Krad), Rie Tanaka (Gundam Seed's Lacus), and Hiroshi Kamiya (Gals!'s Rei). But I think we'll do without.

On the bright side, we finally got our Gundam Seed image album put together! So now we can listen to all the pretty music from the Suit CDs without having to switch CDs every few tracks. And it's just in time for the Destiny Suit CDs. Yay!!
