And then you're typing up a LiveJournal entry and your mom calls and asks if you have another price, only you're braindead and tired from that darn Hades Cup, and it sounds like she's asking if you have another place, and you're like, "What on earth are you talking about?" but at least you have the presence of mind to instead say, "I'm not understanding what you're saying," because then she has no problem giving an explanation.
As it turns out Scott has a band performance on Monday, so neither of his parents can make it to his team's baseball game, and they're home, which means she has to keep score for Steve, the coach, and have someone else keep score for the league. And since she bribed us last time, she's bribing us again. Only I was too braindead to remember what's next on our list. And then of course once we started thinking about it and realized we don't know what's number one on the list anymore. There's too much. TOO MUCH!!!
See? It's not lack of sleep that makes me act tired. Maybe we should ask for fabric. Hmmm...
Anyway, today I'm thankful for having signed our new lease and gotten it out of the way, split infinitives (I think they sound neat), cat brushes, Pringles with dumb jokes printed on them, and chocolate pudding.
