But! we didn't want to kick anybody off of our island, so we made it a point not to talk to him enough to let him comment about how nice it would be to live here. I mean, for all we know, he had no intention of ever staying and it would have been a moot point, but if the question had come up, the conflict would have been too great. All we can do is hope that one day, when one of our neighbors decides to move away, he decides to take their place. But first, we're hoping that Flora moves in, because Grawp let her leave his island despite his little sister's love of Flora, because he knew that she might end up on our island. (On the other hand, they all seem pretty enamored with Splatoon, so maybe we don't need to worry about it. But still, it would be nice to get Flora back, for Hermie's sake.)
Today I'm thankful for getting to meet Papi the Okapi, getting back into the swing of making perfect snow folk, getting the hang of all the ranked battles in Splatoon (still gotta figure out Clam Blitz...), our grocery store coming up with a solution to prevent pizza hoarders (you can get them at a discount, but only if you buy three or fewer), and not being up too too late despite watching an extra episode of Winx.
