It's not goodbye, it's au revoir...

Yesterday we told Pinkie (our neighbor in Animal Crossing) that she should go see the world, so today was her last day on our island, and it's kind of really bumming me out. She was a lot of fun. But part of life is people coming and going. We had a camper visit today, too, but she wasn't interested in moving in. It's just as well, because we're pretty sure we have two neighbors with her exact same personality, but her look is super adorable.

And since I decided to be more persistent about plugging our translation blog, here's a link to the main page. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to be so gung-ho about advertising this week, because we have a really energy-consuming translation we're working on and! we've run out of translation blog backlog entries, which means we have to write at least one new one if we want to post on Tuesday. ...We'll see how that goes.

Today I'm thankful for the good times we had with Pinkie, making good progress on work despite detours attempting to help with other people's work, getting to watch the end of Sirius the Jaeger (it was okay, I guess), having nice warm pajamas to wear in this cold weather, and it being time to sleep soon.
