Happy day

By the grace of God, we finished work early today! ...Well, sort of early. It would have been early, but we wanted to watch an episode of Psych between finishing our second draft and doing our final read-through. The final read-through verdict is that the script turned out pretty good. And now we are free for the whole weekend!

But our crunch is not over. I may have already mentioned it. We have two weeks to translate three volumes of Saiyuki, then a week for the next volume of Fire Force, and there's a good chance we'll have a Noragami deadline soon thereafter. The good news is that we love all those titles. And we probably wouldn't have much trouble finishing them in that time frame...if we weren't already burned out and tired. But! we're free for the whole weekend! So hopefully we can get recharged.

And the other good news is that we got Page to eat today! I mean, she's been eating for a while, but only very tiny amounts as far as we've been able to tell. Today she ate a small amount! Progress!

Today I'm thankful for finishing work early, getting to watch Psych, being that much closer to evolving those last two Pokemon (why don't we just use Rare Candies? we don't wanna, and besides, fighting more Pokemon means we're more likely to find shiny ones), Page eating more than usual, and getting to sleep in tomorrow.
