Where's Waldo?

For some reason today the thought of playing Final Fantasy X always puts the theme to X-2 in my head. Athena says it's kind of like how whenever she thought of playing Chrono Trigger, Xenogears music would pop into her head. Or like whenever we tried to remember the theme to Pirates of the Caribbean (the movie), we always thought of the opening music to Muppet Treasure Island. The difference being I can more easily remember that one theme to FFX, and it used to be what popped into my head when I thought of FFX. In fact, just yesterday, I couldn't remember the theme to X-2.

And that was all very confusing.

So as it turned out, our team ended up being the winning team at FHE. This was completely unexpected, because we totally failed the last time we played a searching game at a store for FHE, though we are confident that if such a game were to take place at Disneyland, we would crush all competition. That would be fun. I guess we'd have to be judges or something, though. Unless Celeste was there, too.

It was really fun, though. And when we were done playing, since we were searching for people at the mall, then we went to the bookstore to see all the manga with our names in them. Egotistical? Us? I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about. It was kind of hard, though, because we wanted to show people stuff like Saiyuki, but we weren't sure what their standards were as far as what they will and will not read, so we weren't sure if it would be a good idea or not. Stupid spider woman. Stupid Kanzeon Bosatsu. Stupid Gojyo. Ah well.

Tonight I'm thankful for fun FHE games, being able to go to the bookstore and look at all the pretty manga, a grocery-shopping buddy, connector cables, and getting to eat all the extra peanut butter squares.
