Then this morning, our little sister texted to let us know that if we like Trollhunters, we should watch 3 Below. We don't know if she's been checking in on LJ (if so, hi!!), or if she just thought since we like cartoons of course we would have seen Trollhunters, but either way, she's the one who recommended Miraculous to us, so we like to take her recommendations seriously. (She's also the one who introduced us (accidentally) to Danny Phantom, which we adore, but when we brought her attention to that fact (we were like, "Sarah! How dare you get us interested in a Nicktoon!" and she was like, "I did? Which one?"), she was like, "It's not even that good." But she watched it more seriously later and admitted it wasn't so bad.)
Anyway. Based on the screen capture Netflix has been showing us for 3 Below, it looks like it's going to have some character stuff from Trollhunters that we're not going to want to be spoiled for, so before we can get to 3 Below, we have to finish watching Trollhunters, which is not a problem because we enjoy it, but! there are about fifty episodes of Trollhunters, which means we have a lot of episodes of things to watch right now. ...Especially because we still like to watch a few episodes of Miraculous every day.
On top of that, we're keeping up with three anime series this season! ...Or four, if the fourth episode of Vinland Saga ever goes live. Fire Force is back, and that makes us very happy. This week's Dr. Stone seemed to take longer than it had any right to, and Fruits Basket got me teary-eyed even though that one seemed a little extra long, too.
And finally, there's manga. I don't even know where to begin with it, so I usually just let myself get distracted.
Today I'm thankful for having lots of stories to look into, Fire Force being back, the giant cockroach finally leaving our bedroom, being all caught up on Studio C, and electric fans.
