That being the case, I don't have a whole lot else to talk about. Oh, except that we found out today that, as we suspected, Funimation will be the ones streaming Fire Force, so we'll have to get that app on our fancy TV. It's kind of a bummer because it means we don't stand a chance of getting to translate it. Normally I'd say that just means less work for us, but if we could have a season where the anime we translate for Sentai is one we did the manga of, I think that would actually be the less-work scenario. So basically what this means is whatever anime we translate that season will probably be one we have to translate from scratch. Ah well.
Today I'm thankful for finishing our work quota even after it turned out to be a bigger quota than we thought (after being a smaller quota than we thought; we expected to get our weekly simulpub this morning, so we thought it was going to wait, but then it came this evening), having our weekly simulpub translated and out of the way so we can focus on our weekly simulcast, the Fire Force premiere drawing ever closer (still don't know when it's supposed to be, though), only being up a little bit past bedtime, and the cute little Surprizamals we got at the grocery store.
