It's that time again

Well, we think the managers probably aren't going to try to penalize us for refusing to stop feeding stray cats, unless the penalty is higher rent, but I think that was going to happen anyway. That's right--it's lease renewal time! It was just kind of funny, because when Athena went out to feed the cats last night, she found a notice on our door, and it was labeled urgent. We were like, "Uh-oh, are we in trouble?" Then we found out it was the notice to tell us we need to renew our lease. And the best part is it was perfumed! Maybe they didn't want it to smell like cat. At any rate, they apparently wanted it to smell nice, and we can only surmise that that means they're trying to entice us to stay. Despite our maverick cat-feeding ways.

Either that, or they spilled a perfume bottle on all their paper.

Today I'm thankful for making good progress on work (especially since we have an orthodontist appointment and church building cleanup to add to the schedule tomorrow), finding out that my orthodontist appointment will in fact not need to be rescheduled, nice-smelling paper, hope that we might actually meet all our deadlines, and having excuses to get out of the house tomorrow.
