Something good did come out of it though, because, in an effort to make up for our lack of going to church, we read the Sunday school lesson. We've been trying to keep up with the Relief Society lessons already, but I guess we figured seminary was enough, and we know a lot of the scripture stories really well, so we were continuing to ignore the Sunday school ones. But now we decided to stop that, and we're going to try to make a habit of reading all the lessons. It's not like we don't have time.
Now that we've beaten FFIX, we decided it's time to play through Chrono Trigger. It's kind of hard, because we're so obsessed with FFIX, we're like, "Why play anything else?" FFIX does seem to be the most Sunday-appropriate game we have though (at least in our opinions). Still, since we tend to get frustrated when people keep playing one game and therefore refuse to play anything else (over a year ago, we bought Final Fantasy Origins at the same time as a friend, and we were all going to play through around the same time, but our friend got distracted with Kingdom Hearts, so we had no one to talk about FFII with), we figure it's for the best to save Final Fantasy IX for another time. But man, I feel like we've been through everything in Chrono Trigger before the jailbreak so many times...
Well, there's nothing for that but to get past it. So off we go.
